Epoxy Zinc Phosphate Primer Protective Paint, Brand Al jazeera, for use on internal and external steel surfaces to protect them from corrosion and rust. It is resistant to solutions of salts, alkalis, acids and solvents. It has excellent adhesion strength and is a good electrical insulator.

  • Mixing ratio by volume : Base : hardener 8 : 1 size
  • Drying times (at 25°C) : Surface dry 15 minutes, Hard dry 2.5 hours, Next coat after 30 minutes, Full cured 7 days
  • Application method : Using Air spray and Airless Spray
  • Validity period (at 25°C) : 12 months
  • Rate of Coverage : 6.7 m2 / liter
